Self-Service
The provider portal’s easy, new-user self-service registration process allows providers to create and manage their accounts independently. Users are required to link their tax ID and NPI numbers to their account but can add multiple combinations as necessary. In addition, there are no restrictions on the number of user accounts that can be created for the same tax ID, so every administrative user in each provider’s office can have their own personal account. This feature greatly enhances security by discouraging account or password sharing among coworkers. The SpyGlass provider portal also allows registered users to perform continuous self-service functions, such as managing the connected tax ID/NPI pairs to their existing user record.

Enhanced Security
Our state-of-the-art login process is backed by strong multifactor authentication for secure access to the website. Since the portal is built right into the SpyGlass cloud-based application, your administrators can customize security controls for your providers, including password complexity rules, and update password frequency requirements, as well as two-factor authentication (2FA) to enforce SMS text or email verification during logins. Once enrolled, our strict member search requirements ensure only providers that are properly authorized and authenticated are granted access to patients’ personal PHI. Ensuring that your member’s protected health information is safe and secure is a top priority built into the SpyGlass provider portal.

Eligibility Verification
Providers can seamlessly search eligibility details for a patient they’ve seen or submitted claims for on the portal via easy-to-navigate tabs. After sufficient patient identification information has been entered and verified, providers can view details regarding patient demographics, coverages, other insurance, primary care physician, and real-time accumulator snapshots with graphical progress.

Claims History and Provider EOBs
Providers may search for claims submitted under the NPI and tax ID numbers linked to their account. The portal gives providers the ability to download provider EOBs and open claim details in a simplified view for further analysis. Our portal can self-generate precise provider EOBs from the claim info and provider records stored within SpyGlass, or an integration can be established with a third-party platform supplying EOBs. Our easy-to-use interface puts all the necessary claim information right at their fingertips.

Plan Documents and Bulletins
Do you cover multiple groups or funds? Our provider portal gives administrators the flexibility to post plan documents and bulletins (or alerts) to specific or multiple groups. This helps aid in getting the information you need to providers, which can be customizable depending on the group each patient’s coverage is maintained through.

Secure Messaging
The SpyGlass Provider Portal makes it easy for providers to submit secure inquiries or messages regarding their patient’s eligibility or claims. Messages are sent to your customer service team in real-time for review and response. The provider’s Message Inbox also allows users to open prior inquiries, upload additional attachments, see the responses received from your customer service team, and submit a reply message.

Flexible Customer Service Interface
On the flip side, our SpyGlass Customer Service module provides your team with a customizable Call Management Report dashboard to sort, prioritize, and respond to providers' questions efficiently and on time. Customer service representatives can easily filter through open messages to respond with comments, add attachments, change priority, and redirect to other representatives, before closing out completed calls. Our simple customer service platform is geared towards reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and allowing your team to focus on serving your providers with ease.

Ongoing Maintenance & Support
Customer service representatives are provided numerous support options to assist with provider account management. Administrative users can aid providers by enrolling them in the portal on their behalf, updating account information, mandating password changes, or changing effective dates to terminate an account.
